Guest Policy and Non-member Fees
Summer Guest Fees
$10.00 per guest per visit
Only permitted to play once a month June, July, August & September outdoors
Juniors – $5.00 per visit
Only permitted to play once a month in June, July, August & September outdoors
Winter Guest Fees
$10.00 a guest for first visit
$20.00 a guest for second visit
$30.00 a guest for third visit
Guests are only permitted to play up to 3 times per month during the Winter/ Indoor Season
ALL GUESTS MUST REGISTER AND PAY IN PRO SHOP PRIOR TO PLAY
Weekly House Guest Pass is available for only $45.00 per week
~Clay courts will close at dusk~
Water coolers will be available on all courts during operational hours
Membership Fees & Information
Montclair Tennis Club offers a variety of membership plans based on your tennis needs.
Membership plans include the following:

| Junior Tennis | Includes membership for a junior that is 18 years of age or younger | $80.00 |
Application for registration of membership is available in the Montclair pro shop, and includes a $250.00 initiation fee + the first month’s dues. The membership form is a binding 12 month contract that will be automatically renewed each year unless written notification is given 30 days prior to your expiration date.
If you elect not to take advantage of the automatic billing system, you will be mailed a bill on the 25th of each month with payments due on or before the 10th of each month. Payments not received prior to the 15th of each month will be subject to a $20.00 late fee. Payments that are past due more than 15 days are subject to loss of membership privileges until payment is received in full.
The club reserves the right to assess members on a yearly basis based on the needs of the club. The funds will be used solely for the purpose of Capital improvements. The tennis committee will assist in making the decisions as to where the improvements are most needed in maintaining and improving the club. The assessment will never exceed the amount of $200.00.

Montclair Tennis club has an indoor and outdoor season. Our hours of operation and court fees vary as follows

- Courts may be reserved up to 5 days in advance
- There are no court fees in the Summer
Winter (Indoor) Season

- Courts may be reserved at anytime
- Cancellations must be made 12 hours in advance, failure to do so will result in payment of scheduled court time
